I have the opportunity to partner with Natasha Richards, owner of Natsel Management and present at this years Florida Conference Youth Ministries Training Convention.  My goal will be train our youth leaders on what it means to really worship and how to lead that effort in their home churches.

This is truly an awesome, awesome responsibility, taking the lead and  training those who will take the mantle of worship to the next generation.

3. How can we teach "old dogs" new worship tricks? 
4. How to blend the traditional and contemporary...and do it without blowing up the church.
